Spotted this beautiful chair at an Estate Sale in the Oakland Hills, the same one Evan found his Woodard patio set. I couldn't bring myself to spend $300 on it so I had to pass. Then I found it at Urban Ore for a whopping $75! Could not have been more excited. Now I am the happiest owner.
Bucilla Throw Pillows
Found these pillows at an estate sales in the Oakland Hills. The woman who sold them to me thought it was "cute" that I was buying all three so she gave me a deal on them. Not sure how much she took off for them since she gave me the number for the whole sale, but I think they were about $18.

Almost sure of this was purchased for under $40! Found the set of 4 plates in Sacramento and to my luck found 7 more 2 weeks ago in Alameda! The 7 were marked for $45 and I had a tough time deciding if they were worth it, but figured it was fate. For whatever miraculous reason they only charged me $20 for them!
